Shipping Policy

When placing your order with Savannah Boutique please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

For our LOCAL CUSTOMERS (North Delaware, Southeast PA) we offer a Pick Up In Store option with free shipping. This order will be available for you to PICK UP in our sister store, The Pink Turtle, in Greenville, DE within 1-2 business days. When your package is available for pick-up, you will receive an email saying your packaged has shipped as well as (if provided) a phone call or text from us notifying you of your order's availability. You will receive tracking from our third party tracking system once the package is shipped.

Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from our store, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
